@SimQARobo I have the same issue and it’s so frustrating. Seems like this issue has been known about for months. Any idea when the sims team will fix it?!

You can try and fix it yourself by changing your Origin avatar. In Origin your profile doesn't currently show you have one. thanks so much for your quick reply!
Please could you tell me how to do that?
I have changed my avatar now thank you but still no EAWebKit.so in sims 4 'show package contents'

Forget the EAWebKit info, that's an old fix.
Change the avatar then logout of Origin, quit Origin, log back in and see if it works. That’s worked! Thank you so much!
