Re: Sims 4 won't start, it just opens Epic Games (Mac)

@Nysta8  Can you remove Sims 4 from your Epic account?  Now that you've claimed it, the Epic version of Sims 4 is likely overriding your previous copy, and the only ways around that would be to remove the Epic version or unlink your accounts.

    I already said I made a new account on epic so that I wouldn't have one, so no, that will not work. I did originally have it on there and saw that option as a possible solution - it just didn't end up doing anything.

    Okay, I feel a little stupid now. While I did use my EA account with a new Epic Games account on this Macbook, I still used that same EA account on a Windows Computer where I had Sims installed via Epic Games. Also creating a new EA account did the trick.
