Can you go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and trash the Options.ini file, then launch your game.

Ok. Can you try toggling between full screen and windowed mode? Hold down CTRL, CMD and F.

@Bluebellflora ok, seems fine in the windowed mode... but can I somehow get it to work in fullscreen?
