For the future If you instead of dragging the files from Recycle bin choose to restore them Windows will place them where they came from. Also the path was listed beside them. Since it is now too late and they could belong in several different places delete the files from where you put them as they do not belong there. Then repair the game. Rightclick it in Origin and select Repair. You need to wait until it has repaired all your packs.
