Redeem Code

I purchased Sims 4a while ago I played it on someone else computer now that I have my own computer which is a MAC Im having trouble downloading it. I signed up for Origin and followed several instructions for the game to work for my MAC however its telling me that the redeem code has already been used. Im so disappointed because when Sims 4 first came out it wasn't available for MAC computers and I paid 80.00 or so for this game. Now that you can play it on a MAC I can't . I just want to play my game, please somebody, anybody help me!

    @tinatina1981 First you have to understand how TS4 activation works. Once you activate a code to an Origin account, that code is locked to that account. That code can not be activated to another account. You can not "share" the code. If you know the login to that first account you can login and change the password. That means the other computer can no longer use that account. Only one Origin account user can be logged in at a time.
