save error

hey, so my sims game was working normally for the past weeks I have been playing. Suddenly I went to my household I had been playing for a while and gave me a save error. I found another forum and tried what they recommended which wiped out all my previous saves. I thought it was fixed and made 2 new sims and went to play again. I went back in to load in and it gave me the same error now I'm unsure how to fix it.
