Save File, CC, and Gallery Gone

After coming back to the Sims 4 for the first time in a couple of months my Save File, Gallery, and CC aren't working While my Save Files aren't worrying mainly because I was planning to delete most...

  Is it the Gallery you are having issues with or your Library? They are separate.

    I see that, but the thing is that my Mac doesn't even have iCloud set up. Would following the steps possibly fix my problem despite not even having iCloud set up or having over 200 gb of storage left?
