That's great, thanks.
This:
/Users/jacksonb/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4
is where your game loads your user data from such as saves, Library items and Mods.
If the saves, Library items and Mods you want to load are in the folder on your Desktop here:
/Users/jacksonb/Desktop/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4
you need to move them into the folder above. Don't put the Sims 4 folder within the Sims 4 folder, move the contents of the Sims 4 folder. The file structure within the Sims 4 folder must stay the same.
You should also have your game installed in the Applications folder, having it on the Desktop is not recommended due to memory issues. This is the base game installation:
/Users/jacksonb/Desktop/The Sims 4.app
and this is where all your DLC Packs are installed:
/Users/jacksonb/Desktop/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/The Sims 4 Packs
This is optional but move those to the Applications folder and then in Origin make sure that the Game Library location is set to the Applications folder.
You have two Application folders, your User one and the system (Macintosh HD) one. Your choice where you install it to but make sure Origin is pointing to wherever you choose to move it.

Thank you for the help. However, I no longer have a Sims 4 Pack folder for DLC.

I regained the Sims 4 Pack file; however, my CC still isn't working.

There shouldn’t be a Sims 4 Packs folder in the Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 folder. Is that a duplicate? I’m guessing you’ve moved the game installation (base game and Packs folder) to the Macintosh HD > Applications folder? That’s my preferred place to have it installed 🙂
Is CC enabled in the game options? The game has been patched several times since you last played so it’s probably disabled. You also need to make sure all your CC is compatible with the current patch level of the game. Chances are some of it won’t be so you’ll need to download updated versions. - 3 years ago
Thank you soooo much for the help. I moved that Sims 4 Pack next to the Sims 4 Folder in the Electronic Arts Folder did something. I don't know what. But my CC is working. I wouldn't have even been able to get to that spot without your help. I am so greatful. I really am appreciate of your time and work. Thank you. I did take your advice about the Application Folder
