Hi, after the latest update (April 2023) the Sims 4 game screen is too big, blurry and the mouse is not able to find the correct locations to click on. When I click ALT-enter, the screen is smaller and the mouse can reach the correct locations to click on, but I cannot play the game in this small still blurry screen. How do I solve this? Thx! Thank you so much for your reply! I tried the "repair game" and that seems to have solved the problem. Images ok, mouse works.
Afterwards I opened Sims 4 and it showed the message "items removed: one or more items may not be installed on your computer or the E.A. Account that is currently logged in does not own these items. One Build Mode item has been removed." I clicked ok.
Then the following pop-up showed: "Emily her to help! Welcome to Live Mode! Would you like a quick tour of the basic controls? If you choose to do the tutorial, you will receive a special gift!"
How do I know what item is removed and what the consequences are? Thx!
Yes, saving works. No mods downloaded at all.
Problem still not solved. Specs of my Mac:
MacMini
chip: Apple M1
memory: 8 GB
MacOS: Ventura 13.4
I hope to resolve it soon, because I see an expansion pack with horses will be out soon! So excited!
