It would be good to know the location of those folders, your screenshots don't show that.
First picture - you have the app in the Sims 4 folder which contains your user data. It shouldn't be there. It should be in the Applications folder or the external drive, wherever you have the game library location set to in Origin. That Sims 4 folder with your saves, mods etc. should be in your Documents > Electronic Arts folder.
Second picture - Is that the Sims 4 Packs folder? It should be in the same location as your game app (see above).
