Sims 4 - Sims 3 Camera Mode Tilt Not Working?

Ok, so I have a MacBook Air, and whenever I use sims .3 camera mode, the middle mouse tilt doesn't work. I don't have a apple mouse, by the way, just a regular one.

It may be configuration settings with your 3rd party mouse. Have you checked them?
