Sims 4 continuously crashes after recent update

Mine has been doing this as well! I was able to play for hours just s couple days ago and all of a sudden it just crashed. Ever since I only get a few minutes into building and is crashes. The game is completely unplayable. Its incredibly frustrating. The amount of actual game play time I've logged in this game over the years is laughable. I spend more time trying to figure out why it won't load or crashes than actual play time.
