Sims 4 cottage living expansion downloaded but not showing in game

Sims 4 Cottage Living expansion pack was purchased as a part of a bundle. The other two add ons downloaded and show in game. Cottage living says it is owned and downloaded but does not show anywhere ...

I had done everything except the legacy edition. I had no idea. Now running digital deluxe without legacy edition it says “unable to start due to missing game data please download the sims 4 legacy edition” what can I do next?
