sims 4 crashing and mac restarts?
After adding seasons and island living, I got graphics issues and now freezes and my mac just restarts after a minute or two of play if that, help?

yeah it does, still crashes. Also sometimes it just logs me out as a user and then i cant restart Origin because its says " Origin is in use right now etc. " Does EA not have a direct email? I kinda just want a refund? I only started playing agin and brought an expansion and stuff pack.

Maybe your Mac is now just struggling to play the game due to it's age? The hardware is extremely old ☹️It used to run fine though, With high graphics settings. When it runs the CPU use is around 10% the memory pressure is practically nil so I don’t believe it’s a hardware issue, it may be old but it’s a powerful machine that more than meets the system requirements, I have seen other people with nividia cards having the same graphics is issues I have, but on iMacs and Mac books.

Yes but you have added two new packs to your game and Seasons significantly adds graphical effects to the game.
Your Mac Pro used to be powerful (they really are superb machines) but you have a 9 year old GPU in there. Apple also stopped using NVIDIA cards around 7/8 years ago so the other Macs you are comparing yours to have similarly old hardware. Can you upgrade the GPU?
