That's a generic crash file, ignore it, it's meaningless.

Does it still happen with none of your current user data in the new Sims 4 folder?
Yes, i completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game and am getting the same issue. Would the issue be listed somewhere in the problem report? I know nothing about code. I uploaded the problem report below.

No, uninstalling and reinstalling is not creating a new clean game and isn't necessary here. Please follow the link for further explanation and instruction.
