    It is not possible to save Sims 4 to the cloud using the cloud storage option in Origin. The game will only read data from the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts.

    If you have iCloud Drive enabled then your Mac will be storing the contents of your Documents folder in iCloud. Consequently every time you load the game it will regenerate a new Sims 4 folder with no saves, tray folder etc. You must disable iCloud Drive.

    What do you mean by your 'online saves'? Do you mean your iCloud Drive or another method of online storage?

    Sorry- By online I simply meant the Gallery but I couldn’t think of the term on the spot. Thank you for the help with the icloud drive
