Thanks. Third party apps that claim to clean up unwanted files on your computer and may speed it up are ghastly. They can remove important files, ignore actual files that need removing, and even destabilise the operating system. I would remove it immediately, clean out all of its residual files and then try launching the game again. The fact that this app is running at root level and telling you the game is frozen and if you want to force quit it, is horrible. macOS is a very efficient OS running on a solid Unix foundation. Whilst Windows users often use these kind of apps, they are absolutely not necessary on macOS.
It is difficult to help further when you have intrusive software like this running because it can interfere with any further troubleshooting we try and do. If you need help uninstalling it please do a google and then come back 🙂
I uninstalled it again with the help of CleanMyMac, installed again and made sure Origin was out before installing the game... I still have the same problem, I legit can't launch my game

Yes, sorry, I've tried that.
I uninstalled CleanMyMac, removed all files, installed EA and Sims again and the same thing happens, I click the game for it to launch, the icon jumps a few times, stops and nothing happens - I attached a photo, you can see the dot underneath the sims icon yet the game doesn't open..

"Event: hang
Duration: 108.85s
Duration Sampled: 1.10s (process was unresponsive for 108 seconds before sampling)"
