Sims 4 Gallery does not connect

Hello, guys.

I have a problem with my Sims 4 Gallery. Whenever I press "Connect" it just keeps loading for a while, and then says something like "unable to connect" with option "try again" and "cancel".
I have already tried everything on the page about Mac troubleshooting (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Origin-Troubleshooting-and-Information/m-p/5371661/highlight/true#M3387) and contacted EA Help, but they were not able to help me with this either... I also did removed my Mods folder to the desktop, which does not seem to help either... If anyone has any advices, I would be really grateful.

    Hi,

    What you should try if you havent already is turn off your wifi and turn it back on and check that your online on origin too if that doesnt work than delete these files (they regenerate) localthumbcache.package and notify.glob get back to me if this works or not.
