Mine does the same.
I just ordered a new computer (an iMac) and downloaded the sim 4 and whenever I try to play it, it comes up and then the skinny colorful ball comes up and says that the sims 4 is not responding.
This is really frustrating. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Im not really tech savvy so step by step instructions are greatly appreciated.
What else do you have running on your Mac? Have you added CC/Mods?
Try disabling Origin in-game and see if that helps.
