Why do you have a resource.cfg zip file? Did you download one from somewhere else? The game creates the file on launch.
Those clouds you've circled are iCloud. Is your storage full? Is your internal storage full?

how could I get icloud to make that go away? also I used the zip because I thought it might help or something I just removed the zip so now it is just the file

Have you checked the storage in iCloud and your internal drive? I don't understand where the zip came from, did you download it from somewhere?I updated my icloud storage I removed the zip yet for some reason it is still not working. I got the zip from keka but I don't think it made a difference.
