SIMS 4 seasons redeem code entered- won't download

How accessible is the current experience? It's useless to me
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. i followed the instructions and redeemed the code I got in my Sims 4 seasons game in the Origin client and it let me go through. When I go to my games, it doesn't appear there and when I tried the code again, it said it was already redeemed.
How is this making it more difficult? I can't find the game in my games, so I'm unable to play it.
How can we reproduce this experience? Tell me how to find my game

I bought the sims 4 seasons downloadable game, opened the Origin client, redeemed the code inside the case, but the game didn't download or install, and when I look at My Games, it doesn't appear there. I tried to enter the code again, but it has already been redeemed- but no game.
