Sims 4 Snowy Escape map not showing up in-game

Mt. Komorebi is not showing up in-game ☹️ Anyone else has this problem? When I click on the world, it's just a grey screen... I tried going there by playing in another world and then going to the ph...

@criisreverte I turned all mods off and it loaded, used mod conflict detector and it thought everything was fine so I’m going through one by one
