Sims 4 Stuck on loading screen-

My Sims 4 game has been freezing everytime I attempt to load into my last saved game. When I press resume, it just loads for several hours and never into the game, just stays on the loading screen. NO mods ever used in my game, play on MAC. Have tried uninstalling Sims 4, Origin, used origin reset tool, etc, and still have yet to be able to play my game. Attached is an image of the screen I get stuck on but can never get past and play.

Any recommendations on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated!!
