Sims 4 won't start on my Macbook (is it caused by CC?)

Hi recently i had no issues with my sims 4 only small issues like glitch. But yesterday i had download a few CC and when i wanted to play the game it didnt start at all. I even tried updating the game, repairing the game and even restart origin. DO NOTE, all this while when i download CC there wasn't any problems like this. And im still kinda new towards Mac. Please help me and inform me if it has something to do with CC
