Sims4 won't open on my Macbook. Does anyone know how to help this?

Hey @hullabaloo1016 let's start by resetting Origin on your Mac to see if that helps: https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/

If the issue began after adding mods can you ensure that you remove all and reinstall the game.
