So many issues since downloading University

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? realm of magic, jungle adventure, University, island living, seasons, cats and dogs, city living, get together, get to work, parenthood, dine out, outdoor retreat, spa day, moschino stuff, patio stuff, holiday celebration pack, patio stuff, movie hangout stuff, get together, toddler stuff, laundry day.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, ive attached some images showing graphics glitches.
What happens when the bug occurs? There are multiple bugs. The first thing I noticed was that when I was able to load a household the people will have black boxes protruding from their bodies or big boxy lines protruding from their heads. I also see a "white noise" look, moving around in the shadows. Sometimes faces will look a different color than the rest of the skin, also will notice faces being patchy and just showing eyeballs and teeth. If I am able to play at all, the game will crash after a minute or two but usually, it crashes completely before I even get to the map. When it crashes my entire computer screen goes black and I have to shut the computer down by holding the power button because the screen stays black and nothing fixes ituntil I restart. This has never happened to me with this game UNTIL I downloaded university. Im on a mac, metal, 64 bit. I use no mods, no CC. I have run a repair twice as well as completely uninstalled the game and reinstalled it.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to run properly without crashing my entire computer every single time.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
