Stuck on loading screen before main menu

The new account has the same issue sadly. I only got the newest software update for macOS this morning after my game already started acting up as one of my attempts to resolve the issue.
I don't think it ever asked for that access; origin on opening asked for admin password which I gave it, but I don't recall any other pop-ups.

Hmm. Maybe that’s the problem. Check in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Files & Folders and make sure the game, not Origin, has access to your Documents folder.On my admin account it has the access; on the new account there's not a way to give it access, I think it hasn't been able to load far enough to ask or that it accepts the access the admin has idk
