Stuck on loading screen for certain household

The issue started when I aged up a sim from a toddler to a teen. After editing them in CAS, I clicked the check mark but got stuck on the loading screen and had to force quit the game. When I went back into the game I was able to load to the home screen but when I click on a resume I got stuck on the loading screen again. The only way I can get into my saves is when clicking load game and then play for a specific save file. Once I am in I click on the same household and once again get stuck. I have tested other households in the same save file and others and have had no issues.

I have tried without mods, 50/50 mods, removing cache files, repairing, restarting my laptop, updating the game and my laptop, updating mods, and removing conflicting ones. At this point, I am stuck on what to do and not understanding why it is only this household I am having issues with. Is it possible for a household to become corrupted, can I fix that? Is there any other possible explanation and fixes I try?

I went into CAS and edited the sim that I aged up when the problem occurred. I removed all clothes, accessories, makeup, and hair, and only put base game traits. I was able to get into the household after this so I'm assuming some trait, or CAS CC started the problem so I just have to figure out what it is now. Thank you for your help!!

Try moving the family out of the lot in the map screen and moving them to another house to see if it fixes the glitch.

Unfortunately, this did not work. When I clicked play on the household in a different lot I was stuck on the loading screen again.

I do not believe it is an issue with mods since it still occurs once I remove them. I am thinking that there may have been a moodlet on my toddler sim that caused an issue when I aged them up to child and teen directly after. I can not be sure that this is the cause but there seems to be a bug within the household.

Thanks. I can’t get the household to load at all. My game is vanilla, no CC so all the sims were in their underwear and bald. I moved them to an empty lot then went into Manage Household and systematically deleted sims, testing after removing each one. Most of the time I was kicked back to the world select screen but a couple of times got stuck on the loading screen and had to Force Quit the game. I think the household is corrupted but you could try editing them in CAS and see if it helps.
