    I see. anyway still all I did was switch to Windowed mode.

No.. This isn't that kind of issue.

I think, when I move minutely from side, it seems to be perceived as an upward motion at the time.

When I don't move, it doesn't move upward either.

Have you tried a completely new clean game by moving the Sims 4 folder to the desktop so a new one is created?

      What pointing device are you using? Apple trackpad or mouse or 3rd party device?

        trackpad and bluetooth mouse. I checked both but that's not the problem, I think.
