trackpad and bluetooth mouse. I checked both but that's not the problem, I think.

If it’s happening using both then no, doubtful they are the issue. It’s definitely not this which seems different to what you are describing https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/-WORKAROUND-Pointer-clicks-off-target-M1-Pro-and-M1-Max-camera/td-p/10892567 ?
Worth repairing the game in Origin too to see if that helps.

- There is no the "Scale to fit below built-in camera" setting. Refer to the link http://support.apple.com/en-au/HT212842
- Ok
- I don’t have 3024*1890 resolution. I have only 2560*1600 / 2880*1800 / 3360*2100
what can I try more...☹️

Yeah, because the first workaround couldn't be changed (no longer in service)
all I did was switch to Windowed mode.

The link I provided is only relevant if you have an Apple silicon laptop with the camera notch. It’s irrelevant if you don’t. - 3 years ago
I see. anyway still all I did was switch to Windowed mode.
thanks to your help 😂
