@nham23 you haven't stated what version of macOS you're running, nor the graphics card/chip in your Mac.

     Again I've never had a problem with this before when playing the Sims 3 on my MacBook. I don't know whether it's because I'm using High Sierra. I also know that expansion packs are not showing up after being installed. The only that would show up is word adventures and high tech stuff. Nothing else is showing up.
