The sims 4 crash on parallels

Hello, I've been trying to install and play The sims 4 on my MacBook pro 13 m1 (16gb ram and 256gb SSD) for three days using Parallels but after creating the first sim and choosing the lot, the game crashes.
Only twice the game made me play 5 minutes but after that it crashes without errors and I don't know what to do.
I tried searching the internet and this site but after removing the Tray and Mods folder nothing changed.
I've tried reinstalling the game 3 times but it keeps crashing.

I have not installed any mods or items from the gallery.

Help me please!

    Nothing changed, at this point I can say that the problem is Parallels, so we have to wait until they solve this problem

    Have you checked that all the drivers are up to date in your Parallels installation? Parallels uses its own drivers which historically have caused problems with the game but that was years ago. Is Parallels fully compatible on the Silicon Macs?

    @2ee2a1c1c467b426 I started the game, it seemed to work because I created a random sim and let the game run for 40 minutes at least.
    After shutting it down and open it again after 30 minutes I created my real sim, chose the lot and after clicking the van the game crashed again.

    Sorry, I mean the truck to transfer the sim.

    I tried to load the save but I think that the game worked earlier only because I didn't do any actions with that sim, I only left him walking in the lot by himself.

    Try to do some actions with the test sim you created. Trying to figure out whether it is the save that is borked or the Parallels installation not properly performing.

    I can't do this because when I try to save the game crashes, even if I try to load the save.

    Now I tried to install the game from ea app but it says that a problem of them doesn't let the game load.

    Now I'm trying to delete the game from ea app and try to install the base game with no dlcs.

    Nothing changed, at this point I can say that the problem is Parallels, so we have to wait until they solve this problem

    Ah no, what a pain. If you get it fixed please post back here in case others are having the same problem with Parallels and it may help them 🙂
