THE SIMS 4 GAME DISAPPEARED

I installed The Sims 4 on my laptop and then purchased more expansion packs. However, they just disappeared. I cannot acess them on the EA app and it says that "this game isn't on the catalogue any longer". I cannot download any other games via EA app. Also, in my purchase history on my account, it doesn't appear that I have purchased any games. However, the confirmations that I have purchased are all in my email. 

I have uninstalled the EA app and installed it again but I cannot download anything. 

PLS HELP!!

    Hey riritutulinjo,

    If you're looking at your purchase history here and aren't seeing any orders, that could mean you're logged into a different account than the one having all your games registered.

    When you log out of the EA app and account page, can you double-check the login email you're using to make sure it's correct?

    If you don't recall or no longer have access to another email or account, it would be best to contact support directly so they can help update any necessary details so you can access your games on the right account.

    Hi Mako, thank you so much for your response. 
    the thing is that it is this very account that I purchased the games. As it was opened inly for my ea account. It just one day they vanished. :(

    Can you confirm for me that you're looking at the purchase history page I linked above? Is that where you're not seeing any orders listed?

    If that page is blank, try signing out and back in. There could be certain issues preventing you from seeing games in the EA app, but that page won't be affected and should always show the orders placed from a particular account.

    If there's any trouble with that still, please contact support with the link above so they can check into this with you.
