Hi. I just downloaded The Sims 4 from Origin and when I want to start the game I see "unknown error occurred". I play on MacBook Pro 2017. I also downloaded legacy edition but none of those work. I tried to delete files from Preferences but there isn't any. Does anybody know what is the problem? I even reinstalled it but nothing has changed.

What do you meant you tried to delete Preference files? What were you looking for exactly?

What else do you have running on your Mac?
Could you post a screenshot of the error?
