The sims 4 won't launch at all!

Origin won't launch the sims 4 and I have tried everything. I have reinstalled origin and the sims, cleared my cache, removed any cc causing a problem, made more space on my mac in case it required additional storage and now I don't know what to do. My mac pretends to load and right when i think i can finally access the sims it goes anyway and nothing happens. Please help me
