Transfer from Origin to EA app, Saves are Gone

Hello,

I got a new MacBook Pro to replace my last one a few months ago. And all files were transfer over, and I can see them.

However, when I went today to access origin, I got the big push asking me to upgrade to EA. I did it. And my packs show up and it even says how many hours I've played the game. But my saves are not able to be accessed (even though I have those files). And I can still see the older files I had played with in the past, in Saves, but the EA app is not picking them up.

When I log into the EA app to play Sims, it asks me to play a New Game, which I don't want to start from scratch after years of curating worlds. Please help. Thank you

EA App doesn't load your saves, The Sims 4 loads your saves and if it can't find them in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves it has nothing to load. Click on one of your saves to highlight it then hold down the CMD key and press the 'I' key to bring up the info window. At the top of the info window will be the file path of the save. What is it?
