Once disabled you can choose which packs to download in the download manager in Origin.

To clarify, you’re now installing on a Windows PC and your game is somehow loading your previous saves from when you played on your Mac?No, i wanted to reinstall the game on the same mac, because the game was getting too heavy. The previous time i reinstalled it (without the previous gameplay), it was better.
