When I scroll with my mouse it goes the opposite direction

I use an USB mouse, I just got a new computer and it'll scroll both ways in the game or both. Im gonna buy a new mouse but before I do so I just wanna see if I can fix the issue and not waste money

    I have checked in there, nothing fixed the issue

      You checked the scroll direction and toggled it to try both settings?
