Why can’t I raise objects using 0 and 9? And freely rotate objects holding Alt?

For some reason I can’t use 0 or 9 to raise/lower objects in sims, also I can’t freely rotate when holding alt down.. it’s so frustrating when decorating & building. I can make objects bigger and ...

Yes, I’ve tried holding all other keys + 0 and 9 and still nothing..

I’ve tried my keyboard as English/USA and didn’t make any difference, and I haven’t modified any keys etc

and as far as I’m aware there isn’t any software overriding it ☹️

How annoying. The keys do work for Mac users, it's not a difference between Mac and Windows. Repair the game in Origin and also try a new Sims 4 folder.
