Will my MacBook run sims 4?

MacBook Pro Retina 15.4-inch (2015) - Core i7 - 16GB Mac OS Monterey 12.7.6 Processor 2.2 GHz Quad-core intel core i7 Memory 16 GB Don't want my Mac to slow down, as on my previous Hp laptop this...

    Thanks. You should be able to play ok although keep settings low in-game and don't overload with Mods and CC 🙂

You haven't stated which dedicated GPU your Mac has which would be slightly more helpful. Your Mac won't slow down overall, that happens when internal storage is almost full and/or you have a ton of open apps, but if you keep the in-game graphics options low you should be ok to play.

My graphics is Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

My storage seems okay so far, as i still have around 200GB left
