won't let me on
when i updated origin recently, i pressed on sims 4 to play as usual but this white screen popped up with loads of codes from apple telling me i need to update to the latest macOS or reinstall the app, i have been updating my MacBook for the past 2 days and this message is still popping up, how do i reinstall the app, I'm scared of losing all my packs and progress
