In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".
My sims game opens just fine, but will only go to the loading screen right after the opening Sims 4 screen. Why is this happening? It was working fine before the latest update on November 17, 2020. Another problem I had before this was when I could create a new sim, but could not place them in the worlds, because the world options would not load. Please help!!! ( Im on MAC. )
Sameeeeee it’s been happening for so long now! I just can’t find a fix. Sometimes when I reopen my game the worlds show up but I’m still stuck on the loading screen 😭😭😭😭 people r saying to repair 👩🔧 the game, how do I do that? This has been happening for over 5 days now 😣 help meeeeeee ( I’m on Mac and sent 22nd November 2020 )
