In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".
Hey,
my problem is that I can easily come to the Sims-screen from Origin on my mac, but when i click on the play buttom my screen won't stop loading. What's the problem? And, yes I hav restarted my computer and Origin a couple of times but nothing happens. I've had this trouble for two days now and tried everything. Please help me, I really want to plays sims.
@karinnergard--can you try repairing it through Origin? exit the game, and right-click on it in your library. then choose 'repair' from the options that will appear.
I had the exact same problem. If you have mods, try taking them out. If you haven't already, try repairing it by clicking the settings and repair. Otherwise I don't know how to fix it.
