In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".
Last week I was playing sims 4 (mac) and the game would suddenly close randomly without saving anything. So I stopped playing.
3 days ago, I saw that an update was done so I tried again.
Origin launched just fine, I launched the sims4, choose the family I was playing with and then nothing, I had the loading screen forever, never ending. I had to "force to quit" sims4.
I tried to create a new family, but when I have to choose a world for the family to live into, the page was blank (see screenshot attached)
I tried uninstalling origin the proper way (going into the library etc) reinstalling it again
but nothing seems to work
Since a uninstalled and reinstalled again, it seems that I lost all the games in the sims4
can someone please tell me what is happening?
