[WORKAROUND] 11.17.20 patch - game won't stop loading

I play on a Mac - My game did today’s update to fix the crashing and now it won’t load at all! Was waiting up to 10 mins and it was just stuck on the loading screen. I took off all my mods and still ...

In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".

Hi I was forced to restart my whole origin and sims. Meaning I deleted origin of Mac and re dowloaded- had to remove everything of sims however I can launch sims but e.g if I create a sim select a season it then doesn’t show me any residence worlds its just a blank screen. Its very frustrating as I just both an expansion pack and others. Any one els had this problem ?

@tusiaaa032 Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

  @puzzlezaddict I'm completely new to Sims/using origin and this helped me! thank you so much, i was starting to think my little sims might be lost forever!!
