-- SIMS 4 CRASHES AS PLUMBOB LOADING SCREEN ON LAUNCH --

On the first loading screen after the ea and maxis screens the the blue bar stops going around the plumbob, the music keeps going, then the music stop, continues for about 3-5 seconds then a window pops up saying 'sims 4 has stopped working'. It is so frustrating! I have checked for updates, repaired game, opened it in windowed mode, played in on and offline mode. IVE EVEN DELETED THE GAME AND RE-INSTALLED IT AND STILL NOTHING!!!! There is so little I havent done! This seems to be happening to a few people and I cant believe that ea hasnt done anything about itThis issue seems to happen after an update because it happened after last update and now after the update to add ghosts. It sometimes goes away over time but its been happening for more than a week! It is so infuriating, I practicallty WASTED $90 on this bloody game that doesnt even work half the time!!!!! Please help!
