Re: SDX drop items not showing

It's a SDX drop, do you have SDX drops activated?

I do and it says im up to date with all content

Beena_PandoraThe items are not marked as new (as is always the case with SDXs), so they don't have the star identifying that they are new objects, I had to have the Behind the sims video open in the background to actually know where they were. So I found them.

Same issue for me, can even show in snip that new jungle gym isn't appearing, i've reported it but no movement on the case yet

I've done all troubleshooting, just tried this fix and they now appear: Sims 4 New Update New Items | EA Forums - 11873298 

It's going to documents>Electronic Arts and deleting content folder then go into game and it prompts that an update is happening and then you are told you need to restart game, this fixed for me

I did a full uninstall and reinstal so I'll try this and hopefully it works, thanks
