so i bought the game a few days ago it play perfectly on the first day. then the next day i decide to make another sim after i made it i picked the house to move in and it loaded the house was gone...

nope no errors it worked fine on day one i fixed the black silhouette i disconnected from origin and it worked after that i think its the origin update or somthing
Does that solve the problem for you?
not really my hosue are still gone i have reinstalled the game disconnecte from origin, repiared the game in origin etc.
