accidentally open package file with internet explorer

went to download a mod   https://nieswillsneeze.tumblr.com/post/185725408829/sims-4-replace-water-off-grid-mod-nies it didn't extract when i download it. i accidentally open it with internet explore...

If you have S4Studio (or even S4PE) installed, you can right-click a .package file to highlight it, then left-click on it while pressing the Left Control key, and the uppermost menu choice should be 'Open With', which will allow you to change the file's program association, then choose either of those programs. (Windows 10)

change the file's program association, to what? that's what i can't remember what it used to be.

    By default it is unassigned. I already posted how to get it back to that state if you want to.
