Activation Code Not Working

My daughter re-intalled SIMS4 because it wouldnt load; now it won't take the activation code becuase it says it's been used before.    I have already un-installed, re-installed and done a clean boot....

I bought an EA Madden points card at GameStop. It didn’t work.  I just threw away money.  GameStop told me to talk to EA.  EA has no way to contact them without making an account on EA help. I filled 3 tickets that were dismissed. I talked to their support to no success.  EA is clearly a scum bag company don’t buy anything from them.
